Product Profile The UVLED line light source curing equipment developed by FocusonUV Technology uses imported LED beads, which have advantages such as high energy, uniform illumination, and stable light source. The number of UVLED light source irradiation heads (1-4) can be selected according to usage needs. The UVLED line light source curing equipment adopts a touch screen control method, with adjustable power (10% -100%) and the ability to freely set the irradiation time. The equipment has a small volume, occupies a small area, is easy to install, and can be used in conjunction with assembly line workshops.

Product application FocusonUV UVLED line light source curing machine can be used for curing photosensitive materials such as UV glue, ink, varnish, paint, coatings, etc., making their surface glossy and bright, with good weather resistance, waterproofing, friction resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and other high-strength protective effects. LED UV light sources have a wide range of applications, suitable for ink printing and industrial product fixation. Specific applications can refer to the following: 1. Using a single band LED ultraviolet light source The common bands are 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, and 405nm, and special band sizes can be customized. The light source has no thermal radiation effect; 3. UVLED light source has no thermal radiation Using high-power LED beads, emitting a 365/385/395/405nm single band ultraviolet light source without infrared wavelength, the surface temperature of the irradiated substrate does not rise by more than 5 ℃, and there is no thermal radiation damage to the substrate surface, suitable for drying the surface of thermosensitive materials; 4. Multi channel working mode Equipped with a UVLED light source irradiation head as standard, 1-4 irradiation heads can be selected to work independently or synchronously according to actual usage, without the need to purchase light source equipment repeatedly, effectively saving expenses; 5. Low power consumption The conversion of electricity to light energy through LED chips results in minimal energy loss and low power consumption, which is about one tenth of that of traditional UV mercury lamps. The average size is about 1/10 of that of UV lamp tubes, making them lightweight and physically compact, suitable for use in different working environments; 8. Long service life UVLED emits ultraviolet light source through LED beads, with an average usage time of over 20000 hours, which is much longer than the traditional UV mercury lamp (with an average usage time of about 800 hours).
